This tool tries to make the tradeoff visible: enter what you're considering buying, and see it plotted against what that money could become in the market over time, in plain terms rather than a spreadsheet.
Every calculation on this site runs entirely in your browser using standard financial formulas — compound growth, loan amortization, and inflation adjustment. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored. The full methodology and every assumption behind the numbers is laid out in the Assumptions & disclaimers section at the bottom of the calculator.
